This strategic role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in complex B2B environments and has a strong understanding of the architecture, design, or construction sectors .Main ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of international accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and sales growth.Identify and develop new business opportunities in Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Asia.Build trusted relationships with distributors, architects, developers, and high-end contractors.Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new distributors and partners.Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.Requirements~3+ years of B2B sales experience in the construction, architectural, or building materials industries.~ Proven success in managing international accounts and complex negotiations.~ Knowledge of international business operations , including documentation, shipment methods, and Incoterms.~ Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).~ Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.~ Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.~ A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in design, innovation, and sustainability.We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance-based incentives.The opportunity to represent premium, sustainable products certified under LEED, WELL, and BREEAM standards.A dynamic, international environment with a flat structure and fast decision-making. xsgfvud Career growth opportunities and direct exposure to global markets.
