Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on all kinds of legal documents in official language in local and English; Providing legal opinions and memos; Communicating with and reporting to senior management and the legal department of headquarters; Translating complex legal topics into short and easy-to-understand legal analyses and recommendations; Selecting, managing, and supervising external lawyers to ensure high-quality of external legal support in an effective and efficient manner, including cost-efficiency. Bachelor's degree or above in law； At least 3 years of working experience as an in-house legal counsel or lawyer in local; knowledge of areas of laws of construction equipment and financial leasing is a plus; Possessing a legal license to represent the company in courts (the Certificate/License is required) is a plus; Being a native speaker of official language in local; Fluent in English; Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus. Redactar, revisar, negociar y asesorar sobre todo tipo de documentos legales en el idioma oficial local y en inglés; Comunicarse e informar a la alta dirección y al departamento legal de la sede; Traducir temas legales complejos en análisis y recomendaciones legales breves y fáciles de entender; Seleccionar, gestionar y supervisar abogados externos para garantizar un apoyo legal externo de alta calidad de manera efectiva y eficiente, incluyendo rentabilidad; Poder comparecer de forma independiente en los tribunales. Grado en Derecho o superior; Al menos 3 años de experiencia laboral como asesor legal interno o abogado en el país; conocimiento de áreas legales de equipos de construcción y leasing financiero es una ventaja; Poseer una licencia legal para representar a la empresa en los tribunales (se requiere certificado/licencia) es una ventaja; Hablante nativo del idioma oficial local; Dominio del inglés escrito y hablado; el conocimiento de chino es una ventaja. xsgfvud Se requiere una prueba escrita presencial obligatoria como parte del proceso de evaluación de candidatos.
