In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and accelerating partner-led and direct business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to drive sales efficiency, improve conversion rates, and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the business development and account management teams.This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving revenue growth through meaningful engagement and proactive outreach.Key ResponsibilitiesQualify and acceleratepartner-led opportunitiesto improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.Collaborate with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient deal progression.MaintainCRM accuracy , update opportunity records, and monitor pipeline health.Manage opportunities closing directly or routing to appropriate teams based on deal stage and value.Provide feedback to enhance partner lead quality and engagement processes.Develop and documentbest practices, workflows, and collaboration modelsto support sales excellence.Work closely with business development teams to manage and convertMarketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) .Execute outbound sales campaigns via phone, email, and social channels to generate new business in small and mid-sized market segments.Research accounts to identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, and business needs.Tailor outreach and presentations to highlight the value of the companys solutions.Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including lead aging, opportunity progression, and conversion rates.Ensure a smooth and informed transition of opportunities to account managers or sales representatives.RequirementsFluent in German (C1 level), both written and spoken, and proficient inEnglish (minimum B2) .13 years of experience inlead generation, sales development, or inside sales , preferably in aB2B, SaaS, or technology-driven environment .Proven record of success in prospecting, cold calling, and exceeding sales targets.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.Comfortable discussingtechnology solutionsand eager to learn new products.Understanding ofSMB market dynamicsand customer buying behaviors is an advantage.Proficient inCRM systems(Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics) andsales engagement tools(Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to afast-paced, high-growthenvironment.Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.BenefitsCompetitive base salary plusperformance-based bonuses .Private healthcare coverage .Relocation assistancefor candidates moving to Barcelona.Comprehensive training programon company products, tools, and sales processes. xsgfvud Modern, centrally locatedoffice facilitieswith a dynamic and inclusive atmosphere.Opportunities forcareer progression and professional growthwithin an international environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
