Intellias is looking for a leader and contributor with a strong technology background who will drive the technology part for one ofthe largest businesses at Intellias, as well as being a part of the global technology group contributing to technology strategy. Intellias is looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as Technology Director, with a strong business and technology background in Data, Cloud, and AI/ML as well as business acumen in Retail. . As the technology ‘lighthouse person’, they will be the technology evangelist towards existing and new customers. This role will work closely with delivery, sales, pre-sales, and technology practices, in line with the ambition to grow the business and become a leading global technology partner. Among other topics, the scope of work also includes cutting-edge technology trends awareness, thought leadership and contribution to technology partnerships. We are looking for an experienced leader with hands-on technical background and a proven track record in the same/similar Director level role in a well-established outsourcing company.What you will doOwn and drive the overall technology strategy for the assigned retail accountAct as the senior technology partner and trusted advisor for the client, translating business challenges into technology directionEnsure delivery success across the portfolio by guiding architecture, technical decisions, and long-term platform evolutionWork closely with account, delivery, and sales leaders to grow revenue, expand scope, and strengthen client relationshipsLead and influence pre-sales, up-sale, and solution shaping activities for existing and new engagementsDrive solution design, POCs, and accelerators that increase competitiveness and client confidenceBuild and develop cloud and technology partnerships relevant to the retail domainExtend and evolve Intellias technology offerings with new services and capabilitiesContribute to corporate technology strategy and R&D directionWhat you need for thisProven experience at Director level or equivalent within a large outsourcing or technology consulting organization15+ years of experience in software engineering, technology leadership, consulting, or CTO-level rolesStrong background in data platforms, cloud architectures, and AI or ML applied to real business use casesSolid understanding of retail business models and large-scale enterprise environmentsDeep understanding of solution architecture and end-to-end software delivery, including product management, business analysis, and UX at scaleAbility to engage and influence senior client stakeholders, including C-level, through clear communication and structured thinkingExperience operating in complex, global, and uncertain environments with multiple stakeholdersStrong leadership presence with a pragmatic, outcome-driven mindsetClear understanding of modern technology trends and distributed systemsSelf-driven, able to operate independently while collaborating across teamsFluent EnglishLocation: EUWhat it’s like to work at IntelliasAt Intellias, where technology takes center stage, people always come before processes.
