Apply nowLearn more: Global applications are welcomeJob title: Global Category Manager, ServicesDepartment: Global Indirect ProcurementLocation: Spain, MadridRole: PermanentGlobal Category Manager, ServicesWhat this position is about – Purpose:Join Global Category Team to support managing Services category Globally and drive GIP initiatives in Services worldwide.What will you do - Responsibilities:Procurement Strategy: Propose Global sub-category strategies/guidelines and coordinate Strategic Sourcing activities. Supporting the design and implementation of the appropriate strategies worldwide, working in close collaboration with Regional / Local Procurement teams.Market Intelligence: Provide and share Category intelligence / Strategic Insights throughout Procurement and Business networks. Category trends, innovations and supplier insightsBusiness Partnership: Ensure solid connections with business stakeholders by demonstrating the value of early engagement, partnership and understanding Business needs and priorities.Supplier Management: Identify, propose and manage Global suppliers pool and develop SRM for selected sub-categories. When applicable, lead and /or support sourcing processes in close cooperation with respective business partners. Negotiate global terms & conditions to ensure optimum and sustainable supply conditions.Whom are we looking for – Requirements:University degreeMinimum 6 years’ experience in a Managerial Role in ProcurementEnglish - excellent knowledge, additional language (e.g. French) is a plus, but not a mustSkills needed: Strategic thinking, Analytical, Negotiations, Communication, Project Management, Interpersonal, Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Decision making,Team Spirit and Positive energyRecruitment process:Thank you very much for your interest in the role.
