Since 1972 we have had an operational center in Spain, whose headquarters are in Cornellà de Llobregat we have offices in Tarragona, Madrid, Castellón, A Coruña, Huelva and Algeciras, in order to provide a service of proximity and maximum quality to all our clients.If you are motivated by this transformation in the industry and wants to develop your talent to build a more sustainable future, contact usAbout the Job:The main accountabilities asContract Managerare:•Manage contractual relations with clients, partners and stakeholders, including drafting of contractual correspondence.• Accompany project directors in the set up of the project policy and align contract and claim management policy• Function as a business partner for project directors• Define and enforce project contract strategy• Ensure contract and claim management all along the projects on all topics• Monitor and analyse issues when they arise and deal with them, anticipate risks and grasp opportunities• Draft amendments, reviews/qualifies contractual agreements• Support proposal team on pre-award contractual mattersRequisitos:• University level education; Master Degree in engineering or law.• A minimum of five years of extensive experience as a Contract Manager• Profound conceptual understanding and mastery of contractand claim management, capacity to challenge and changeexisting policies• Strong understanding of project management - Proven seniormanagement skills• Strong communication and influence skills, capacity tomotivate, engage and change behaviorAbout You :Master DegreeDeep understanding of Construction processConfirmed Management & Leadership SkillsConfirmed Interpersonal and influential skillsFluency in Spanish and EnglishAdditional information:Immediate incorporation in solid industrial engineering is offered.With the possibility of professional development in the company.Flexible hours and two days of telecommuting per week.Candidates with disability certificate will be valued.Salary according to qualifications and experience of candidate.We offer immediate incorporation in an international and solid engineering CompanyNote: Your application will be considered only if is possible according to the requirements in Spain to contract foreigners legally. xsgfvud “As an equal opportunity employer Technip Energies considers only qualified applicants without regard to colour, age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender expression, disability, national origin, veteran or marital status.”
