Prepare presentations, templates, data-collection & sanity checksEnsure and document compliance with internal processes within scope of responsibilityValidate purchase requisitions, invoices and investment requestsProvide fact-based insight to function heads on cost streamlining opportunitiesContribute to system and process continuous improvement projects and initiativesReporting and AnalysisPrepare, analyze and publish monthly reports to Function Heads and Finance ManagementResponsible for product costing and monitoring evolution with close collaboration with the procurement teamsAd-hoc reporting & analysisDevelop & maintain financial reporting reports & packagesDeliver administrative support to Head of Business ControllingPROFILEBachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalentMinimum 5-year experience ideally in controlling, reporting or related sectorProficiency in Power Bl and Excel are a major assetExperience in product costing and/or SAP ERP is a plusAnalytical mind-set, attention to detailTeam Spirit & (internal-) customer orientedFast learner, works independently with ability to multi-taskMust be prepared to undertake business travel to support business needsFluent in English & French, additional language is a plusJOIN USJoin a global leader in trust technologies with a mission that matters.Be at the strategic heart of a financially sound and innovation-driven company. xsgfvud Collaborate with high-level experts and work on impactful international projects.Operate in a multi-cultural, high-integrity environment where autonomy and ownership are encouraged#J-18808-Ljbffr
