Shift work in the Packaging Plant to ensure control over people and processes.Organize, manage, and train the solid packaging personnel on your shift.Supervise and directly control the work of personnel on your shift.Record personnel movements (important for productivity calculations and payroll management).Ensure the operational efficiency of the plant's facilities and equipment.Ensure the general order and cleanliness of the plant's facilities and equipment.Ensure the quality of the final product and verify certain Quality controls.Immediate management of breakdowns. Maintain a global vision of the process and interdepartmental relationships.Professional development.Continuous Training with annual Training Plans.Flexible working hours and annual vacations.Social benefits.Technical Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization Engineering (equivalents will also be considered).Leadership and people management skills.Good social and communication skills. xsgfvud Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions, including team management experience.
