You will belong to a place where teamwork matters and where you are encouraged to bring your best self to work.Todos los posibles candidatos deben leer con atención los siguientes detalles de este trabajo antes de presentar una candidatura.Meaningful Work From Day OneAs a National Key Account Manager you will be the person responsible for the achievement of sales volume, gross profit, distribution, and promotion objectives assigned to the customers of your responsibility.Working with the Off trade channel manager, you will define sales, distribution, promotion goals and strategies for some of the top National Key Accounts; including source of business, analysis of sales, distribution and promotion performance, implementation and evaluation of trade and consumer promotion activities.What You Can ExpectAchievement of the annual goal in terms of volume and gross profit in the customers assigned. Monitors and manages performance against objectivesDevelopment of top national key customers annual commercial strategy and plan aligned with the Country Commercial strategy including goals and KPI´sProvides channel manager and brand managers with regular business status reports and with other reports as necessaryDevelop and demonstrate a real knowledge of the market, consumers, culture, ways of working, business framework within the customersCollects and updates information about competitors’ activitiesDevelop National Key account plan by customer), including volume, promotional activity, visibility, logistics, financials (P&L by customer) and KPI´s to measure results.Negotiate and close annual and seasonal commercial agreementsContinuously improves relationships with key accounts, executing regular and systematic trade visits to main customers in order to diversify the list of strategic contactsSuperb implementation and execution of the Off Trade annual commercial Plan to assure achievement of volume, GP goals and defined KPI´sTake financial decisions demonstrating a full understanding of the financial situation of the area, providing accurate forecasting in financial and volume budgeting (P&L) and ensuring ROI of all activities in the market.What You Bring to the TableDemonstrable experience as a KAM in FMCGWe are looking for a person with proven ability and experience in the sales, marketing and promotion of fast-moving consumer goods.Good knowledge of off trade Spain channel and proven strong relationship with key stakeholders of the top national customers.Knowledge in technical and commercial management tools.High experience in management and business development and / or business in multinational companies with complex distribution channels.Experience in management and development of high performance teams, leading, motivating and guiding change and innovation in a large geographic area.
