This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex challenges, and embraces a flexible and results-driven approach to work. You’ll be at the forefront of translating technical capabilities into business value, working and interacting with global and regional leaders across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, business and commercial teams to drive innovation and measurable impact.What You’ll Be DoingLead the AI Program Strategy: develop and manage the AI roadmap aligned with business priorities, identify high‑impact use cases that enhance productivity, optimize processes, improve forecasting, and support sustainability goals.Act as the key interface between business units and AI/data science teams, translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies.Build and validate business cases for AI initiatives, monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and ensure solutions are scalable and integrated into core processes.Lead change management efforts to support AI adoption, develop training and communication plans to build AI literacy and reduce resistance to transformation.Oversee compliance with internal and external governance standards, establish frameworks for ethical and sustainable AI deployment.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
