We’re committed to building a truly inclusive culture—come and join us.Position SummaryReporting to the Finance Department, the ERP and Financial Systems Implementation Specialist will be responsible for leading and executing ERP implementation projects within the organisation. The primary responsibilities include analysing business processes, configuring and customising the system, coordinating with the relevant departments, and ensuring successful adoption of the tool. The role will also provide support during go‑live and deliver training to end users.We are currently undergoing a major digitalisation phase, and this strategic position is key to taking the Finance Department to the next levelKey ResponsibilitiesLead pending SAP implementations, including new modules, new subsidiaries, and process improvements.Analyse and identify additional tools or systems that may be required.Participate in defining project scope and functional requirements.Coordinate the configuration, parameterisation, and customisation of ERP modules according to business needs, working closely with external partners.Organise and facilitate meetings with key users and technical teams (IT, development, external consultants).Conduct functional testing, identify issues, and manage their resolution.Prepare functional documentation and user manuals.Plan and deliver training sessions for end users.Support system go‑live and ensure a smooth transition.Perform post‑implementation follow‑up to ensure adoption and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and ERP optimisation projects.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.ExperiencePrevious experience in ERP implementation or ERP support (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Dynamics, Sage, Netsuite, or similar).Strong understanding of key business processes such as finance, procurement, sales, logistics, production, and HR.Experience in project management or agile methodologies is a plus.Technical SkillsKnowledge of databases and SQL (preferred).Strong process‑mapping and functional analysis capabilities.Advanced proficiency in Excel or other analytical tools.Familiarity with API integrations and system‑to‑system data flows is a plus.CompetenciesExcellent communication skills and active listening.Customer‑oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.Problem‑solving ability and analytical thinking.Strong organisational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Adaptability and ability to learn quickly.Perks & BenefitsIndefinite contract.Equal pay guaranteed.Variable performance bonus.Signing bonus.Work visa sponsorship (if applicable).Relocation package (if applicable).Private health insurance.Eligibility for educational budget according to internal policy.Hybrid opportunity.Flexible working hours.Flexible remuneration: hospitality and public transportation.Language classes and discounted lunch options.Working in a high‑paced environment, working on cutting‑edge technologies.Career plan.
