You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to develop a thriving publishing ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesPublishing Strategy:Develop and execute ascalableanddata‑drivenstrategy for game publishing, ensuring alignment with business goals.Portfolio Growth:Identify and onboard high‑potential game titles, working with developers to enhance theirmarketability, monetization, and performance .Market & Trend Analysis:Stay ahead of industry trends, analyzing competitor strategies and emerging opportunities to refine our publishing approach.P&L Management:Oversee the financial performance of the publishing unit, ensuringprofitable growthand optimal resource allocation.Cross‑Functional Leadership:Collaborate withProduct, Monetization, User Acquisitionteams to ensure seamless execution and performance optimization.Partner & Developer Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with game developers, fostering long‑term partnerships.Performance Tracking & Optimization:Continuously analyze key metrics, adjusting strategies to improve retention, engagement, and monetization.Team Leadership & Culture:Lead a team of publishing professionals, fostering aculture of innovation, accountability, and high performance .RequirementsProvenexperience in mobile game publishing , with astrong track recordof launching and scaling successful titles.5+ years in leadership roleswithin game publishing, mobile gaming, or a related field.Deep knowledge ofuser acquisition, monetization strategies, and ASO .Strong analytical skills with the ability tointerpret data and optimize publishing strategies .Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills for managing developers and external partners.Ability tomanage multiple projectsin a fast‑paced and evolving environment.Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience collaborating acrossdistributed teams .Nice to HaveDegree inMarketing, Business, or a related field .MBA or Master’s degreein a relevant discipline (preferred but not required).Appodealoffers an exciting opportunity to lead a high‑impactpublishing divisionin a dynamic and fast‑growing company.
