The successful candidate will operate as a strategic partner to the client, driving performance, innovation, compliance, and service excellence across all soft-service operations.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end commercial contract ownership, including expert interpretation and management of SOWs, KPIs, SLAs, and contract deliverables to ensure full compliance.Strong experience in developing, implementing, and governing SOPs to ensure consistent, audit-ready, and compliant operational delivery across all locations.Strategic leadership of all Soft Services, including but not limited to:Front of HouseMailroomEventsWorkplace CoordinationCleaningWastePlantingPest ControlExceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client representatives.Proven capability to handle difficult situations, including conflict resolution, sensitive personnel matters, escalations, service failures, and complex operational issues, with composure and sound judgement.Leadership of dispersed teams across EMEA, including direct and indirect management.Advanced performance management.Operational governance and risk control, ensuring timely escalation, root-cause analysis, and swift resolution of issues impacting service continuity or client operations.Delivering a 5-star customer experience.Full P&L responsibility.What we offerRestaurant card.Language training and access to an e-learning platform. xsgfvud Access to "Club CBRE" with exclusive discounts on a wide range of products and services.#J-18808-Ljbffr
