In addition to high-quality consulting, we also provide offshoring and nearshoring services.We are looking for an experienced Lead Platform Engineer to take technical ownership of cloud-native platforms that support data, AI, and application workloads. This is a highly senior, hands-on leadership role where you will define platform standards, drive architectural decisions, and guide teams in building reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure.You will act as a technical reference for platform engineering practices, working closely with engineering, data, and product teams to ensure the platform enables fast, safe, and efficient delivery across the organization.Take end-to-end ownership of the platform architecture and its evolution on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Lead the design, implementation, and operation of shared platform services supporting multiple engineering teams.Drive automation initiatives using Python to improve reliability, scalability, and developer experience.Design and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform as the single source of truth.Lead the design and operation of container platforms using Docker and Kubernetes.Own and evolve CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps (ADO).Provide technical leadership and mentorship to platform and cloud engineers.Ensure platform observability, stability, and performance through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.Lead incident response and root cause analysis for platform-related issues.Drive continuous improvement by staying up to date with platform engineering and cloud-native best practices.Extensive hands-on experience with Python for platform automation and tooling.Proven experience leading CI/CD strategies using GitHub Actions.Strong expertise in Terraform for managing cloud infrastructure at scale.Solid experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, Cloud Run, and Vertex AI.Strong practical knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) in complex engineering environments.Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and influence engineering teams.Experience working in agile and DevOps-driven environments.Ability to communicate fluently in English.Experience acting as a technical lead or platform owner in complex environments. xsgfvud Experience supporting data and AI workloads in production environments.
