We love to open new paths to find unconventional solutions in the field of XR technologies.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Lead Developer (Unity) to join our dynamic team. You will drive the development of our cutting-edge VR products, manage a team of talented developers, and shape the technological vision of our projects. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.What will you do?Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.Take ownership of the technical aspects of our immersive experiences, designing scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions.Implement best practices for code quality, testing, integration, delivery, and documentation.Oversee the development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery.Collaborate with product managers regarding deadlines and resources.Work with artists and designers to ensure alignment and integration of all components.Manage resource allocation and prioritize initiatives, balancing speed and quality.Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, driving innovation within the team.RequirementsHard Skills:6+ years of experience as a Unity developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.Expertise in XR application development, including OpenXR, SteamVR, and OculusVR frameworks.Experience working on a live product.Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.Experience with version control systems like GIT (Bitbucket).Experience developing multiplayer/networked applications, including server-side and client-side programming.Experience reviewing code via Pull Requests or similar methods.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and leadership skills.Proactive problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.Experience with Agile methodologies.Passion for technological advancements in XR.Bonus Points if you are familiar with:Game Backend services.RESTful API integrations.AI technologies.Unreal Engine.Live Development platforms like Unity Gaming Services or Firebase.CI/CD pipelines.Asset Management Strategies (Asset Bundles and Addressables).What do we offer?A young, international, and dynamic work environment that is constantly growing.The opportunity to work on cutting-edge experiences.Collaborate with industry pioneers.Innovative technology experimentation.Competitive salary based on experience and knowledge.Beach volleyball on Tuesdays during summer.Creative team retreats. xsgfvud Cultural and leisure activities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
