Join to apply for thePor favor, lea detenidamente la información de esta oferta de empleo para entender exactamente qué se espera de los posibles candidatos.Senior Sales Compliance Specialistrole atPTCPTC is looking for aSenior Sales License Compliance Specialist , reporting directly into the License Compliance Manager in Barcelona.Your impactExecuting license usage assessments and advisory service program activities to gain a thorough understanding of a customer’s PTC Product usage and potential risksProviding dedicated advisory assistance to strategic PTC customers and acting as Licensing Knowledge resource for PTC’s broader Sales organizationDeploying Software Asset management tools on strategic customer’s premises and leveraging technical procedures in order to verify compliance with Licensing Basis rules and international legal FrameworksActively building internal and external relationships by establishing trust through accurate knowledge sharing, technical licensing guidance, and transparent advisory service activitiesEffectively managing expectations of stakeholders throughout project lifecycle and progressing engagements through active listening and persuasively articulating status and directionOccasional travel to locations across Europe may be requiredYou will be part of an international and energetic team within a multicultural environment where professionals from throughout Europe interact with current & future PTC customers.Day‑To‑DayUnderstand the IT compliance challenges faced by strategic PTC’s customers; work with them to resolve their difficulties and translate those challenges into strategic PTC opportunitiesProvide technical and procedural advisory service support to customer sites and the broader PTC Sales ecosystem, across a wide scope of PTC softwareTimely accomplishment of project plan goalsIdentify areas for improvement within the Product Development TeamsPrescribe and implement best‑practice software asset management (SAM) across PTC’s strategic customers to achieve high levels of software license awarenessQualify potential customers’ engagements to determine most effective strategy, scope and approach for software license management optimizationInterpret license agreements and analyze transaction historyAssist with negotiation and drafting of settlements and contractual agreements with PTC customersPreferred Skills and KnowledgeTechnical proficiency and IT infrastructure know‑howAbility to interact xsgfvud diplomatically and professionally with internal and external customersStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and proven ability to plan and execute effectively to meet business objectivesLegal knowledge and contract management experience is valuedBasic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent, or a Law degree with demonstrable technical knowledgeExcellent written & oral communication & listening skills in English ismandatory .
