Regional Contract Manager At CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, we are recruiting a Regional Contract Manager to join our team and deliver the Soft Facilities Management services on a client account.As a Regional Contract Manager you will be responsible for delivering the Soft Services, working in partnership with all stakeholders with a primary focus on providing world class and unforgettable experiences that match CBRE's brand positioning and client's key pillars of Service + Management.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the contract management of the staff, operation and maintenance of Soft Services, including but not limited to:Front of HouseMailroomEventsCleaningWastePlantingLine management responsibility for a contract team based in locations across EMEA and indirectly for relevant sub‑contractors, ensuring contracts are staffed by fully competent teams and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
