We are hiring recent university graduates to grow the next generation of leaders through our Business Consultant Development Program.What You'll DoLearn how to support and deliver all components of customer engagements (e.g., customer communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, managing timelines).Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating models, processes, and analytics.Gain an understanding of our diverse range of projects and contribute to the Veeva Commercial Business Consulting team.Conduct research to build industry and customer knowledge used to deliver consulting programs and business development.Support customers to realize the full potential of our Veeva Cloud software.RequirementsBachelor’s degree with strong academic performanceDon’t have a university degree? That’s okay if you have the equivalent skills gained through work experience or disciplined self-study0-2 years of professional experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFluent in EnglishStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAptitude to grasp quantitative and technical conceptsAbility to express business and technical concepts as potential strategic solutionsBasic to Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)Desire to work in an intense, dynamic environmentAbility to manage time in person and remotely, prioritize and meet deadlinesWillingness to commute to your Hub when asked (e.g., project co-working or program team commitments)Willingness to travel up to 25% of your time per yearNice to HavePrior work, studies, internship, or experience in consulting and/or Life SciencesExperience with software, data reporting, and/or data visualization toolsResilience and strong work ethic demonstrated through challenging work experiencesMission-driven mindset demonstrated through commitments (e.g., volunteering, athletics, student leadership)Fluency in another European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian)The anticipated start date isJuly 2026 .Work Authorization:Qualified candidates should be legally authorized to be employed in the EU.Work Environment:Veeva is a Work Anywhere company. You can work in an office or remotely from home on any given day.
