In this role, you’ll design scalable, end‑to‑end ML solutions, from classical models to generative AI, and guide customers from concept to production. You’ll work closely with C‑level leaders, data scientists, and engineers to deliver impactful, real‑world AI outcomes.Work location – hybrid from MadridIf you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV in English.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver end‑to‑end ML solutions, including classical ML, deep learning, and generative AICreate technical proposals, reference architectures, and deployment plansLead workshops, POCs, and architecture reviews with startup customersTranslate business needs into scalable ML systemsImplement distributed training workflows and LLM serving infrastructureBuild MLOps pipelines for tracking, versioning, and monitoringProvide technical guidance to customers and internal teamsStay up to date on ML trends and contribute to internal enablementFrequent travels – locally (on‑demand to meet with customers and partners and attend local events) and abroad (at least once a quarter)Requirements7+ years in software engineering, data science, or ML roles3+ years deploying ML solutions in productionHands‑on experience with AWS ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, etc.)Experience with distributed training (Horovod, Ray, etc.)Proven work with generative AI and LLM applicationsStrong Python and ML framework skills (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)Experience with MLOps practices and toolsStrong communication and customer‑facing skillsFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform – an advantageAWS ML Specialty or Solutions Architect certification – an advantageExperience with vector DBs, RAG systems, or edge ML – an advantageMaster’s degree in a relevant field – an advantageIndustry‑specific experience (finance, healthcare, etc.) – an advantageBenefitsProfessional training and certifications covered by the company (AWS, FinOps, Kubernetes, etc.)International work environmentReferral program – enjoy cooperation with your colleagues and get a bonusCompany events and social gatherings (happy hours, team events, knowledge sharing, etc.)English classesSoft skills trainingCountry‑specific benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.Automat‑it is committed to fostering a workplace that promotes equal opportunities for all.
