It includes applying techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve precision and relevance of AI interactions, developing Agentic RAGs with autonomous agents, building AI agent networks, and using LangChain for modular agent architectures. Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Gemini and Llama are leveraged for text generation and question answering with security measures. Design and manage data ingestion pipelines, implement serverless architectures and Pub/Sub models, automate deployment using DevOps and MLOps practices. Optimize performance, collaborate with designers and product teams, and innovate with new AI technologies.What do we value?Advanced Python development skills.Proven experience with Hybrid AI / RAG architectures and state‑of‑the‑art LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Llama 2, Mistral).Hands‑on experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Rasa, or Haystack.Strong understanding of classical Machine Learning for prediction and anomaly detection.Experience with Docker, Linux, and hybrid cloud environments (Azure, GCP). On‑prem deployments included.Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, focusing on optimization and data retrieval for RAG and model pipelines.Strong background in API design and integration (REST), with data anonymization/encryption, authentication, and access control.Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (GitHub, MLflow, etc.) for versioning, tracking, and monitoring models.Understanding of data quality, governance, and reporting (KPIs) within AI solutions.Excellent collaboration skills and ability to deliver quick, high‑impact solutions across teams.(Nice to have) Experience in RPA and process automation (e.g., Power Automate).(Additional conditions) Compliance with NDA, GDPR, IP ownership for the client, and service continuity.What do we offer you?We care about well‑being and happiness at work, flexibility, and continuous learning.
