BothPrivate health insuranceEnglish and Spanish classesEmployee referral programRegular team building activitiesInternal TalksGiving back togetherSurprise perksSave while you spendRequirementsWe are looking for if you have:+3 years experience acquiring media from the main DSPs in the inapp ecosystem (Moloco, Kayzen, Smadex, Beeswax, etc)Attended industry events, feels comfortable interacting and creating trust with existing and potential Partners.Lead a Team of high-performing, international members.Experience analyzing data and extracting conclusions that translate into actions.Knowledge:Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges).Ability to build and maintain relationships with ad networks, publishers, and other vendors.Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of supply managers / media buyers.Sound judgment and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.Tappx is a fast-growing AdTech firm offering innovative monetization, user acquisition, and advertising solutions for apps, web, and CTV.
