We are part of the Dutch dental group Clinias Dental Group , whose headquarters are located in Breda (The Netherlands). Our mission is to select, train, and prepare dentists to develop their professional careers in the Netherlands. We are a small, highly committed team that works enthusiastically every day to offer dentists a solid and attractive professional future in the Netherlands. We operate in Spain, Portugal, and the Netherlands. Role Mission As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and engaging dentists interested in working in the Netherlands through presentations, events, social media, and campaigns. You will also assess their suitability for the role and ensure they meet the required criteria through interviews and initial contacts. Key Responsibilities Sourcing and attracting dentists interested in working in the Netherlands Conducting interviews (mainly online) Liaising and collaborating with dental schools and universities On-site visits to universities and attendance at employment events Delivering online informational presentations Coordinating with an external agency for social media campaigns Updating content on the company website Creating and preparing content for social media platforms: Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn YouTube Requirements Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or similar roles is a plus Strong communication and presentation skills Interest in digital marketing and social media Strong organizational skills and ability xsgfvud to work autonomously in a remote environment Occasional availability to travel within Spain (university visits) Residence in Spain (preferably Madrid) High level of Spanish, Dutch, and English What We Offer Contract for 25–35 hours per week, Monday to Friday Mainly remote work Flexibility and autonomy Being part of a small, close-knit, and motivated team A project with real impact on dentists’ professional careers Salary to be agreed upon Join Us If you want to work in a high-impact role, we’d love to hear from you.
