This role is for product-led tech company and lead the global growth strategy across the full user lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the end-to-end growth strategy (acquisition, activation, retention, expansion).Scale user and revenue growth through performance marketing, SEO, PLG and experimentation.Lead A/B testing, CRO initiatives and data-driven growth experiments.Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with Product, Sales and Customer Success to align growth and GTM strategy.Requirements5+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing or GTM roles.Strong experience in SaaS and product-led growth environments.Proven ability optimizing funnels, activation and conversion. Knowledge of SEO, Paid Media, CRO, automation and testing.Highly analytical, data-driven and experiment-oriented mindset. (Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot).Hands-on profile, comfortable in fast-paced and scaling environments.BenefitsSalary Range: up to 75 k.Hybrid model.
