ROL FOCUS: ·Reporting to the BE Manager, Lead responsibility for all aspects of the Engineering Teams systems. ·Working as part of a project team for a Project Manager. Lead a cross functional team to deliver systems and components to cost (BOM& Investment), weight, quality, functional and timing targets On-site work in Cornella de Llobregat ( Barcelona Area / Spain ) Spanish language skills required Immediate or short-term availability to start is required RESPONSIBILITIES: ·Lead technical definition (specifications, FMEA, DVP). ·Manage BOM, budgets, timing, and team resources. ·Support vehicle build phases and functional development. ·Ensure manufacturability and compliance with quality standards. ·Work closely with Project Management and report on milestone progress. CANDIDATE PROFILE: ·Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline ·10+ years of experience in body engineering (ideally in motorsport or high-performance sectors). ·Background with OEMs like McLaren, VW Group, or Tier 1 suppliers. ·Vehicle safety regulation knowledge ·Strong expertise in design, testing, and validation. ·Soft Skills: International mindset is compulsory, analytical skills, team player, good communication skills, decisions maker capabilities, proactivity / self-motivated. Fluent both Spanish & English **Gender, age, nationality and religion are not relevant for us- you're all that matters.
