Livensa Living is a southern-European leader in the student living and flexible accommodation sector, with 20 operating assets, more than 8.000 in operation and another 2.000 under development.Si cree que es el candidato ideal para la siguiente oportunidad, envíe su solicitud después de leer la descripción completa.Livensa aims to expand its leadership position and to do that we have two obsessions: our clients’ experience, safety and wellbeing on the one hand, and securing our shareholders’ return by maximizing our revenue and operating margins on the other.Role PurposeThe Consolidation Manager is responsible for leading the Group financial consolidation and reporting processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and IFRS-compliant financial information at Group level.Key Responsibilities:Group Consolidation & ReportingLead the monthly, quarterly, and annual Group consolidation processesDesign, maintain, and distribute Group reporting packages to subsidiariesReview, validate, and analyze financial submissions from subsidiaries, ensuring completeness and accuracyPerform and review intercompany eliminations, including balances, transactions, and unrealized profitsMonitor changes in the Group structure (acquisitions, disposals, reorganizations) and ensure accurate reflection in consolidationAct as a key point of contact for subsidiaries on consolidation and reporting mattersFinancial Statements, Audit & DisclosuresContribute to the preparation of Group financial statements, notes, and supporting schedulesEnsure consistency between management reporting, statutory accounts, and Group reportingPrepare technical accounting papers and disclosure memos under IFRSSupport external audits at Group level. xsgfvud Participate in the implementation of internal controls and ensure ongoing compliance.Systems & Process ImprovementOwn, maintain, and continuously improve consolidation models and reporting processesLead the implementation and ongoing development of the consolidation tool (Lucanet)Ensure data integrity between ERP system and consolidation outputsDrive automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements across Group reporting processesKey Requirements:Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplineProfessional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred3–5 years of experience in Group reporting and financial consolidation, ideally in an international environmentHands-on experience with IFRS and complex, multi-entity Group structuresTechnical SkillsExpertise in consolidation, IFRS FS preparationAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with ERP and consolidation/reporting systems (Lucanet preferred)Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies and resolve complex reporting issuesSoft SkillsHigh attention to detail and strong commitment to data qualityAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced reporting environmentProactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach
