The project strengthens sustainable mobility efforts while boosting the regional industrial ecosystem through advanced international technology and efficient production. About the Role You will be working in the Production Engineering Department playing a key role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. In this position, you will support the development, optimization, and maintenance of automated production systems, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams such as Quality & Maintenance. Responsibilities PLC program management and maintenance Process improvement Experience of problem analysis and improvement of production line Ability to understand product and mechanical drawings Mass production line installation experience MSA (Measurement System Analysis) assessment experience Qualifications Fluency in English & Spanish Degree in Engineering Proficient in Siemens PLC programming Skills Good knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel Solid understanding of industrial automation and control systems Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and product engineering drawings Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills Familiarity with mass‑production environments and installation of production equipment Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams Proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimization Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace where all individuals feel valued and respected.
