Position: SAP ABAP HCM Developer Location: Barcelona Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HCM Developer with integration capabilities to support a major transformation project in SAP HCM . You will work on the development, enhancement, and integration of SAP HR systems, particularly focused on SAP ABAP HCM , SuccessFactors EC , and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) . You’ll also contribute to the upcoming integration testing phase . Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain solutions in SAP ABAP HCM , ensuring full integrations. Support the migration from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors EC. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality code. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and support integration/UAT cycles. Maintain documentation for technical specifications and integration logic. Identify and resolve technical issues in integration scenarios. Skills & Experience Required: 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development , with a focus on HCM modules. Proven ability to work in hybrid/remote teams with Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. Nice to Have: Experience in SAP Integration (CPI, PI/PO, Integration Center). Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration . Knowledge of HR business processes and data privacy/security compliance (e.g., GDPR). xsgfvud Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Payroll, Time) is a plus. Functional understanding of Employee Central data models .
