This unique combination allows us to create meaningful connections with visitors of all ages while delivering high-quality, safe, and sustainable entertainment.**We are currently looking for a:**Operations Efficiency Manager**Roles & Responsibilities:**# Key Responsibilities:* Onboard and mentor cohorts of interns focused on workforce optimization projects.* Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture among intern teams.* Lead site-based assessments to uncover labor inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities.* Collaborate with park operations teams to validate findings and co-develop actionable solutions.* Quantify savings opportunities and track implementation progress.* Apply WFM methodologies (forecasting, scheduling, staffing models) to support initiatives.* Ensure alignment with broader labor strategy and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.* Leverage data analytics to support decision-making and performance reporting.* Partner with park leadership, P&O, and finance teams to ensure buy-in and sustainability of initiatives.* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and impact.# Qualifications:* Proven experience in workforce management, operations, consulting, or labor optimization (3+ years preferred)* Previous hospitality, amusement park, theme park, or water park experience is a plus.* Strong leadership skills with experience managing early-career or intern programs.* Excellent communication and presentation skills.* Professional fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.* Working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean principles and their applicability to labor management.
Requirements
* Ability to frequently travel to the Group’s European locations throughout the summer (70-80% expected travel)* Advanced knowledge of Excel, beginner-intermediate knowledge of Power BI.* Ability to think creatively while maintaining accordance with business constraints.* Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.* Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines for several stakeholders. xsgfvud * Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
