In addition to hands‑on full‑stack development, you will lead a team of engineers, mentor peers, and champion the integration of AI‑driven capabilities to push the boundaries of insurance technology.You will be responsible for guiding architectural decisions, shaping development standards, and fostering innovation across the platform, with a strong focus on scalable software design, team performance, and continuous delivery.
