Our work is seen by millions of fans, in over300 stadiums worldwide , alongside the most iconic clubs and brands in sport — includingReal Madrid CF, Paris Saint-Germain, FC Bayern Munich, Adidas, Heineken, Mastercard , and at the very top of the pyramid:the FIFA World Cup .We’re looking for ahands-on Stadium Show Designer— a designer who can take creative concepts and turn them intolive stadium experiences . This role is for someone who thrives in the intersection of3D motion design, immersive visuals, and live events , and wants their work to play out on the biggest football stages.If you want to design and animate stadium shows that millions of fans experience live, under real-world constraints, this is the role for you.What You’ll DoDesign and animate3D motion contentfor stadium LED screens, video walls, and digital signage.Translate creative concepts intohigh-impact visual experiencestailored for live football environments.Build cinematic 3D visuals fromconcept through lighting, animation, and final renderin Cinema 4D.Develop scalablemotion systemsthat maintain impact across multiple formats, stadiums, and tournaments.Work closely with producers, creative leads, and technical teams to ensurereal-time feasibilityand smooth playback on match days.Stay hands-on in the creative process, fromstoryboarding to final delivery , ensuring every frame meets the highest quality.Push creative boundaries while respectingtechnical specs, live-event constraints, and brand requirements .Providedesign input and mentorshipto other designers when needed.What We’re Looking ForMust-haves:Senior-level experience in3D motion design , preferably for live events, broadcast, or large-scale digital displays.Advanced skills inCinema 4D(modeling, lighting, animation, rendering).Strong proficiency inAfter Effectsfor compositing and finishing.Exceptionaldesign sensibility— timing, color, typography, and cinematic storytelling.Experience deliveringpolished, brand-driven workat scale.Confidence making creative design decisions independently.Excellentcommunication skills(written and spoken English).Experience withsports, stadium shows, or live events .Nice to have:Knowledge ofmulti-pass workflows, advanced compositing, or look development .Experience buildingscalable motion toolkitsor design systems.Familiarity withreal-time playback constraintson LED or large-format displays.Why Join Us?You’ll shape the creative output forfootball’s biggest clubs, brands, and tournaments — including the FIFA World Cup .Your work will be seenlive, at scale, by millions of fans worldwide .You’ll have real creative ownership and influence on AIM’s flagship projects. xsgfvud Join a multidisciplinary studio inMadrid , steps from the Bernabéu Stadium.Enjoy great coffee, fresh fruit, team outings, and annual events — including our legendaryChristmas party .#J-18808-Ljbffr
