Nae is divided into three business units: Technology, Business and Deals&Strategy. In Technology we advise the technology areas of the main telecommunications operators and Media, infrastructure companies and corporations with complex digital infrastructures, to drive them in the transformation and deployment of new technologies that enhance their business. In Business we develop high impact strategies for telecommunications operators and Media, helping them to achieve operational and customer excellence. In Deal & Strategy we provide a differential competitive advantage in the design and implementation of business strategies and support in corporate operations. Therefore, we are looking to reinforce our Business team with the incorporation of a Sr Consultant Data Centers to co-lead the development of a new Business Consulting practice focused on the Data Center industry. The role combines strategic vision, strong commercial exposure and hands-on project delivery, with a clear mandate to build capabilities, support go-to-market activities and ensure high-quality execution. The selected candidate will play a key role in positioning the firm as a trusted business and operations advisor for Data Center operators, acting as a reference both internally and with clients. Required Profile Solid experience as a Consultant/Sr.Consultant in consulting or in business roles within Data Center operators Proven expertise in Data Center commercial models, go-to-market strategies and pricing Strong understanding of Data Center operating models and business processes Strong client-facing and executive communication skills Hands-on mindset, combining strategic thinking with delivery focus Clear interest in building and scaling a new consulting practice Fluent English. Key Responsibilities Data Center Business Consulting Practice Development Lead the definition and development of a dedicated Business Consulting practice for Data Centers, focused on commercial strategy and operating models. Shape the consulting value proposition covering business strategy, commercial models, operating models and core processes (non-technological) Develop methodologies, frameworks and reusable assets to support scalable project delivery Act as an internal reference and thought leader for the Data Center industry Commercial Support and Business Development Enablement Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in all commercial activities related to Data Center clients and opportunities Contribute to opportunity shaping, proposal definition and client presentations Provide industry and business expertise to strengthen client conversations, positioning and deal conversion Help identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects Project Delivery and Team Development Actively participate in the delivery of Data Center consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality execution and tangible business impact Lead workstreams related to commercial strategy, operating model design and process optimization Coach and develop junior consultants, transferring industry knowledge and consulting best practices Build delivery capabilities to progressively scale the practice We offer: It is an excellent opportunity to grow in a demanding consulting environment, learning about the telco sector and developing key competencies in transformation projects with major operators.
