A well-funded, fast-growing company backed by major global investors with its groundbreaking technology is already transforming AI, compressing large language models by up to 95% and cutting inference costs by 50–80%.This is your chance to be part of a team often described as a “quantum-AI unicorn in the making.”This is a Hybrid opportunity working out of Barcelona or Zaragoza.Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Leadership: Define and lead DevOps/DevSecOps strategy and practices across the organisation. Mentor engineers and embed Cybersecurity best practices into the development and operations workflows.Automation & Deployment: Design, implement, and automate security controls and tooling (SAST, DAST, SIEM) within CI/CD pipelines.Cloud Architecture & Hardening: Design and build highly secure, resilient solutions with a strong focus on AWS/Azure Security and Network services (e.g., AWS Guard Duty, IAM policies, VPC Flow Logs).Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Drive secure deployment, scaling, and configuration management using Terraform.Client Delivery: Help deploy and secure our cutting-edge software stack directly onto Fortune 500 client servers.Incident Response: Manage and execute Cybersecurity Incident Response protocols and maintain cryptographic controls.We Are Looking ForExperience: 3+ years as a DevSecOps Engineer with significant work history in Cybersecurity and Software Engineering.Cloud Security Expertise: Strong competence in AWS and/or Azure Network Architecture and deep experience with native security services. Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security) are highly valued.Security Tooling: Proven competence with a range of cybersecurity tools and practices (SAST, DAST, SIEM, penetration testing, SSO).IaC: Expert competence with Terraform.Scripting: Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Bash, Go).Communication: Superb communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.Bonus PointsExpertise in Kubernetes Security (CKS certified candidates prioritised) and related tooling (Helm, ArgoCD).High competence with the AWS Well-Architected Framework.Experience designing Infrastructure for MLOps and data analytics solutions.Experience with microservices, service meshes (Istio), and SaaS deployment.Perks & Benefits:Compensation: Competitive salary, with a signing bonus and a retention bonus at the end of the contract.Flexibility: This is a hybrid role with flexible working hours.
