Together with your observability colleagues you setup dashboards, guard data quality and coach users how to make good use of this within their business unit.* Actively discuss the desired functionalities with users* Implement new functionalities* Monitor the quality and integrate your product into the already available facilities* Work in a team and function as a backup for your colleagues**Who you are**Your way of communicating and explaining things clearly gets people on board. Naturally, you have:* You have a passion for IT* You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field* 2+ years experience in Splunk Cloud Enterprise* Knowledge of Splunk ITSI is a big plus* Knowledge of OpenTelemetry* Knowledge of Infra and Cloud (AWS/Azure)* Knowledge of Python, JavaScript and Java* **Fluent in English**, as working in an international environment will be required**Who you will work with**You will join the Observability team of 8 professionals, each technically or functionally skilled and always on the lookout for the latest developments.
