Do you enjoy working at the intersection of design, production, and data accuracy?AtMulti-Wing, we’re looking for aManufacturing Engineerto help bridge the gap between product design and production — ensuring our world-class airflow solutions are built with precision and efficiency.#As part of our Engineering team, you’ll:Create and maintainproduct codifications, Bills of Materials (BoMs), and routingsinMicrosoft Dynamics 365 .Ensure manufacturing data is always accurate, consistent, and aligned with approved drawings and standards.Collaborate closely withDesign, Planning, Production, and Qualityto release new products into manufacturing.Execute and documentengineering changes (ECN/ECO) , ensuring timely updates across systems.Supportdata governance, monitor master-data quality, and drive continuous improvement in processes and standards.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, loves structure, and enjoys turning complex product data into clear, reliable manufacturing information.#Education:BSc/MSc in Mechanical, Industrial, or Management Engineering (or equivalent).~(A technical diploma with hands-on experience in manufacturing will also be considered.)~ Entry-level candidates with internships/traineeships in manufacturing are welcome.~1–3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or master-data management (BoMs, routings) is a plus.~ Strong understanding of production cycles, BoMs, and technical drawings.~ Accuracy-focused, analytical, and comfortable with data-driven problem solving.~ Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (preferablyMicrosoft Dynamics 365).~ English and Spanish – working proficiency (B2+).#Familiarity withECN/ECOprocesses and master-data quality KPIs.Knowledge ofvariant/configuration managementand data validation tools (e.g., Power Query, SQL).#At Multi-Wing, we’re proud to design and manufacture customized axial fans that help shape a more energy-efficient world.
