Global End Customer £60,000 UK, or Spain Are you a proactive SAP professional who enjoys supporting a truly global user community? This is your chance to play a key role in the continued evolution of a major international organisation’s S4HANA landscape and reporting capability. You will join a highly collaborative Global Applications team, providing functional and technical support that keeps vital business operations running smoothly across Finance, Procurement, Projects and Grants. Your work will have real world impact by enabling programs that change lives across more than 70 countries. What you will do • Deliver daily support and troubleshooting for S4HANA across multiple business functions • Work closely with users worldwide to resolve incidents within SLAs • Implement enhancements, configuration changes and patches with technical teams • Support testing cycles including scripts, execution and documentation • Maintain knowledge base and support resources for 5,000+ users • Contribute to change controls, releases and ongoing system optimisation • Safeguard data quality across Finance, Procurement and Project processes • Ensure integration accuracy with connected platforms including BI and HR solutions • Champion adoption of standardised global processes and data governance About you • Strong experience supporting SAP ECC and ideally S4HANA with good knowledge of Finance processes • International experience for GL • Comfortable managing high volumes of service requests • Able to influence, prioritise and solve problems under time pressure • Skilled in testing methodologies, service transition and change management • System configuration experience in FICO • xsgfvud Personable communicator who works well with both technical and non technical colleagues • Ability to balance operational demands with project involvement • SAP certification and familiarity with Fiori (advantageous) Why join • Work remotely with a globally connected team • Contribute to a meaningful mission focused on equality and social impact • Grow your skills supporting a major S4HANA transformation and BI reporting overhaul • Collaborate with experts driving global ERP standards and innovation • Collaborate with experts driving global ERP standards and innovation
