The platform integrates with internal and third‑party systems and leverages core AWS services such asDynamoDB, Kinesis, and API Gateway .You’ll be involved in bothtransformation initiatives and ongoing platform evolution , ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.Your responsibilitiesDevelopAWS Lambda functions in Pythonto support contact centre capabilitiesDesign and enhanceAmazon Connect Contact FlowsandAmazon Lex botsBuild and maintainInfrastructure as CodeusingCloudFormation and SAM CLIWork across the fullsoftware delivery lifecycle , including CI/CD and Git workflowsCollaborate closely with client teams as part ofAgile squadsEnsure solutions meetsecurity, quality, and industry compliance standardsWhat we’re looking for2+ years of experienceas a developer in cloud‑based environmentsHands‑on experience withAWS , particularlyLambda and Amazon ConnectUnderstanding ofSDLC, cloud fundamentals, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as CodeStrongEnglish communication skills , both written and spokenNice to haveAWS certification(s) xsgfvud Experience withcontact centre platforms or IVR systemsFamiliarity withAgile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban), JIRA, and ConfluenceExposure toAI or conversational technologiesWork oncomplex, real‑world client platformsused at enterprise scaleGain exposure tocutting‑edge cloud and contact centre technologiesBe part of aconsulting team that invests in learning, collaboration, and growthDevelop your career while working acrosshigh‑visibility client engagementsQualificationsUniversity degree in atechnology‑related field , preferablyComputer Science#J-18808-Ljbffr
