Join us to help shape our voice across markets and tell stories that truly resonate with studio operators.About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Content Manager who is passionate about crafting clear, compelling content that speaks directly to customer needs. You excel at simplifying complex ideas into approachable language and understand how to adjust tone and messaging based on audience, market, and channel.You will build and lead our multi-market content strategy, ensure message consistency across languages, and collaborate closely with regional stakeholders. You also have a strong sense of how different content formats perform on different channels, from social media to blog posts to sales enablement assets.If you’re energized by fast-moving environments, enjoy owning big initiatives end to end, and want to have real impact during a hyper-growth phase, we’d love to talk.What You’ll DoOwn the global content strategy and calendar, ensuring content is aligned to business goals and market prioritiesWrite and edit clear, customer-centric content in English for multiple formats including whitepapers, blog posts, landing pages, sales enablement content, product marketing assets, customer communications.Work with regional content managers or use AI localization tools to ensure content is adapted appropriately for local languages and marketsBuild a consistent, scalable content process that supports multiple regions and languagesCollaborate with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Sales, CSM and Product to ensure cohesive messaging across channelsMaintain a strong understanding of customer needs and market language to ensure content resonates.Partner with Design to bring written content to life visuallyDrive SEO-aligned content initiatives to support organic growthMeasure content performance and iterate based on insightsEnsure consistent tone, messaging, and narrative across all touchpointsYou would be great fit if you have:3-5 years of experience in content roles at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company (SMB focus preferred)Exceptional English writing, editing, and storytelling skills — able to simplify complex topics into content customers understand and care aboutStrong experience planning and managing content across multiple countries and languagesDeep understanding of how to create content that performs across channels such as website, social, email, and product/feature contentHighly customer-centric — able to translate needs and pain points into compelling storiesClear, structured thinker and strong project manager — able to manage multiple workstreams and contributorsComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesExperience collaborating with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing and Sales.Proactive, resourceful, and biased toward actionFrench, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch language skills are a plusWhy Join UsHigh-impact role — shape how we communicate with customers globallyHigh ownership and autonomyExposure to multi-market scaling and US expansionWork with an energetic and mission-driven teamStrong career growth opportunities as we scaleWhat We OfferVibrant penthouse office in Eixample, Barcelona.Hybrid work, with 2 remote day per week.Work from anywhere – Travel & work remotely for up to 15 days per year.
