The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience indata center operations, IT infrastructure management, networking, and end-user support, with strong troubleshooting abilities acrossWindows, macOS, and Linux systems.This role involves ensuring theavailability, reliability, and performanceof our IT systems, supporting hardware and network operations, and contributing to automation and optimization initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-level IT supportfor hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications.Manage and optimizedata center operations, including rack deployment, cabling, and server lifecycle management.Troubleshoot and maintainnetwork devices(routers, switches, fiber optics, structured cabling systems).Diagnose, repair, and replaceservers and IT hardware components.Configure and maintainvirtual environments(VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBox).SupportCI/CD infrastructureandmobile device managementin development environments.Implement and monitorsystem backups and recovery processes.Ensure compliance with IT security standards, including the secure handling of data-bearing devices.Contribute toautomation projectsusingPython, JSON, and YAML.Maintain documentation and asset inventory to support operational efficiency.QualificationsProven hands-on experience indata center operations(AWS, ZT Systems, or equivalent environments).Strong knowledge ofnetwork infrastructure(Ethernet, fiber optics, OTDR testing).Experience withIT ticketing systemsand high-volume issue resolution. xsgfvud Familiarity withVoIP systems, authentication services, and enterprise IT support.Certifications (good to have):Google IT SupportCSFPC Cyber Security FoundationAzure AZ-900CompTIA Security+ (in progress)CCNA (in progress)SkillsOS expertise:Windows, macOS, LinuxNetworking:Ethernet, Fiber, OTDR, Juniper devices (PTX3000)Virtualization:VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBoxAutomation:Python, JSON, YAMLStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detailAddress of the sites:Primary Site:~ Llanera, SpainSecondary sites:Aldeanueva, SpainRibadumia, Spain
