We are currently looking for a Purchasing Technician to join our International Organisations team in Alicante. Main responsibilities Creation and management of purchase orders with suppliers Incident management Management of payment invoices and follow-up of their subsequent accounting Collaboration with other departments within the same or different teams Performing small-scale coordination tasks for a team We look for Education: Studies related to Administration and/or Accounting . Languages: English at a minimum B2/C1 level. IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience: 2–3 years of experience working in areas related to administration, accounting, finance, invoicing and/or payments. Skills and Competencies Organized and methodical profile. Strong teamwork skills. Proactive and problem-solving oriented. Operational manager with the ability to coordinate a small team and manage related incidents. Why NTT DATA?
