Asegúrese de que su CV está actualizado y luego lea atentamente las siguientes especificaciones del puesto antes de solicitar.We are looking for a talented and enthusiasticIT & Cyber Risk Specialistto join ourIT & Cyber Risk AreaTeam ofCISOThe responsibility of this team is to ensure that ING's activities are in line with regulatory and internal requirements and run smoothly in such a way that it can be demonstrated to the internal stakeholders, regulators and the outside world and our way of working is through in-depth collaboration with our business partners and our tech colleagues as well as with our 2LoD and 3rd LoD colleaguesAs an IT & Cyber Risk Business Control Specialist you will:- Participate in designated projects, developments, or business initiatives, challenging and advising on information risks.- Participate and challenge in risk assessments on projects, developments or business initiatives to make sure proactive risk management is adhered to.- Be a trusted advisor towards IT teams.- Challenge and periodically report upon the risks of key strategic programs and projects.- Create and publish ad-hoc risk analysis, risk papers, and risk reports with fact-finding, research, and documenting activities.- Monitor and challenge stakeholders to make sure IT Deliveries are secure and compliant. Train IT DevOps engineers making sure security and risk are embedded in the IT squad.These are some of the qualities that we value the most for this role. Proven experience (2-5 years) in both IT Security and Risk, and are passionate about Information Security.- Track record as IT (Security) expert, Information Risk management- Problem analysis, judgment, persuasiveness as three of your main competencies next to investigative and learning ability, planning and organizing skills and you are always anticipating the business' situation.- Ability to earn trust and respect of clients, colleagues and senior management.- Professional education and multiple international certifications for Information (Technology) (e.g., Fluent in English (written and spoken).Keeping both our customers and our colleagues’ needs in mind, you determine together which days you work at home and which you come to ING MAD to offer your best self.
