About the roleWe’re looking for a Technical Product Lead to define and lead data-driven engineering products that help teams deliver better, faster, and more securely at scale.You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a greenfield Engineering Metrics Platform, integrating data from tools such as GitHub, Snyk, SonarCloud, and others to generate actionable insights on engineering productivity, quality, security, and efficiency.You’ll also provide oversight and mentoring for additional Software Engineering products, working closely with engineering, data, and AI teams to ensure strong adoption and measurable value.What you’ll doDefine product vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRsTranslate complex engineering data into clear business insightsDrive adoption and demonstrate value through metrics and dashboardsCollaborate closely with engineering teams on APIs, data models, and toolingMentor Product Owners and product leadersWhat we’re looking forStrong experience in Product Management / Product Ownership for technical or data productsSolid understanding of engineering productivity metrics (delivery, quality, security, efficiency)Experience working with engineering tools and the SDLCAbility to communicate effectively with senior stakeholdersHands-on, data-driven, and impact-focused mindsetWhy join this project?
