Will manage and coordinate all quality and inspection processes within our service center. Reviews operating budgets for revenues and expenses and monitors compliance to contracts.Essential Job Functions:Lead, direct and manage site operations to ensure that the operations staffexecutes service agreements at, or above the client's standards.Maximize profitability through superior client service, effective and promptcommunications and follow-up on all pending matters with the client.Make suggestions, identify opportunities and show initiative for processimprovementDevelops and validates quality processes and ensures compliance with clientrequirementsAssess current processes and standard work flows to identify process improvement opportunities, utilizing organizational, analytical, Lean and six sigma problem solving methodologiesResponsible to formulate and update work instructions and procedures of ourinspection, handling and crating operationsManages, maintains and reviews internal process quality by training, auditing,observing, monitoring, client feedback and performance measurementContinuously review quality processes, procedures and capabilities in order tosustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting qualityrequirementsPlan and monitor daily staffing schedules, and adjusts accordingly to ensureadequate staffing levels that support operational demands and businessobjectives.Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.Responsible to train, develop and motivate employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilitiesAbility to manage the financial aspects of the department (purchasing, budgetpreparation and review, financial reporting and monitoring expenses).Other duties as assignedThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
