The role combines strategic leadership and hands‑on operational management, ensuring seamless HR service delivery, legal compliance, and successful execution of HR projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of HR Operations and Immigration Specialists, fostering a high‑performance, service‑oriented culture.Provide mentorship and guidance on complex HR operational issues, ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient service delivery.Oversee all HR operational processes, including onboarding, employee life‑cycle management, and HR data management.Act as the subject‑matter expert on Spanish labour law, ensuring all HR practices, policies, and documents comply with local legislation and EU regulations.Draft, review, and update employment contracts, addendums, and policy documentation, ensuring legal accuracy and internal alignment.Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, technology, and data accuracy to enhance employee and manager experience.Oversee all employee immigration processes, including work permits, visa sponsorship, renewals, and compliance with Spanish and EU immigration laws.Partner with external legal and government agencies to manage immigration cases and ensure timely resolution.Provide strategic guidance to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on immigration‑related matters.Maintain accurate immigration documentation and reporting in alignment with internal and regulatory requirements.Collaborate closely with other HR departments—HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Systems—to ensure process alignment and operational consistency.Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and IT teams to support compliance, payroll accuracy, and integration of HR systems and reporting tools.Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex HR operational and legal queries.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.7+ years of experience in HR operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership or migration project management role.Strong expertise in Spanish labour law, contract drafting, and HR compliance.Proven experience managing HR teams and driving performance in a shared service or multinational environment.Solid project‑management skills, with experience leading HRIS systems.Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).What We OfferCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to lead and shape HR operations within a growing regional center of excellence.Dynamic, inclusive, and international work environment.Professional growth and career development in a global organization committed to innovation and people excellence.Bold moves start here.
