The Risk Hub in Madrid is a transversal platform supporting the Risk function across credit, market, operational, and data protection services.MissionPurpose:Manage the credit decision process and monitor counterparty and credit risk on regulated funds, providing risk oversight and control over relevant activities.Scope:EMEA region.ResponsibilitiesExercise credit delegation per the delegation scheme and credit process rules; co‑chair Credit Committees with Relationship Managers or Business Lines representatives.Prepare and sign off Credit Committee Minutes as RISK delegation holder.Authorise policy exceptions per procedures (collateral, legal credit terms).Participate in or request Due Diligences; provide support, guidance and decisions to other RISK teams, Credit Analysts and businesses related to funds.Ensure quality and timeliness of synthetic credit risk analysis and recommendation provided by Credit Analysts within delegated level.Apply Bank’s procedures and policies, ensuring consistency of rating methodologies.Assess credit proposals with support of Credit Analysts against BNPP commercial strategy and Relationship Manager memos.Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Business Lines in identifying credit points and mitigating risks.Act as expert on specific portfolios (concentrated, correlated, longer tenors, illiquid).
