You will work with brand-focused GMI members to deliver strategic market analyses, focusing on the competitive environment, positioning, and customer insights in key disease areas across multiple brands. As a member of the GMI team, you will collaborate with various teams including Global Marketing, Global Market Insights & Product Planning, Market Access, Global Commercial Operations, and Market Companies. You will incorporate insights from market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics into product strategy, market risks & opportunities, and product performance to guide commercial strategy and decision‑making.Core ResponsibilitiesProvide insights into the dermatology market to support strategic commercial decision‑making for key brands.Coordinate with brand‑focused GMI members on market and customer data analysis, forecasting for marketed products and future launches, and monitoring launch performance.Evaluate pipeline and business development/LCM opportunities.Develop an understanding of the dermatology field and monitor industry activities.Monitor product performance through dashboards and sales KPIs.Provide competitive intelligence to track the competitive landscape and estimate competitors’ strategies.Conduct market research to understand customer decisions.Present findings to senior management.Required Education And Experienceh3>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Health Sciences. Graduate degree in a healthcare, business, or economic field preferred (PhD, MBA, or MS).Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related strategic consulting services.Experience with market research, analytics, and forecasting, especially in the Rx pharmaceutical industry.Experience in strategy development and customer interaction.Experience in strategic marketing and new business development preferred.Experience in dermatology and/or immunology preferred.Experience leading teams.Experience in vendor/agency contract negotiation.Knowledge of the drug development process.Familiarity with strategic and business planning processes.Preferred Skills & CompetenciesHigh level of English fluency, excellent verbal and written communication skills.Understanding of drug development and commercialization processes.Analytical skills.Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI.Strategic and analytical mindset with structured thinking and problem‑solving skills.Proactivity in working closely with Global Brand Teams.Ability to interpret primary market research and secondary data analyses.Ability to integrate business insights into commercial recommendations.Capacity to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams and lead projects.Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and advocate for data‑driven decision‑making.Solutions‑focused orientation and proactive mindset.Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity.Why work with Almirall?We are apeople‑centric companywhere employees are at their best, patients and customer are at the heart of every decision, and our focus and agility allow us to deliver greater impact for all.
