This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of penetration testing activities within our organization, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration among stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage multiple pentesting projects and schedules.Explain security issues and risks to non‑technical stakeholders.Oversee penetration testing activities, ensuring adherence to testing processes and addressing challenges.Facilitate stakeholder meetings and align diverse interests.Prioritize tasks and resources based on business needs and project urgency.Address challenges and adapt to evolving requirements.Support informed decision‑making by applying basic cybersecurity and penetration testing knowledge.QualificationsExperience working with external vendors or service providers.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.5+ years in information security roles, including penetration testing or vulnerability management.2–3 years in project or service management, preferably managing multiple pentesting engagements.Familiarity with penetration testing methodologies (OSSTMM, PTES) and tools (Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit).Understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Linux, Windows), and web application security.Nice to haveExperience working with external vendors or service providers.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.5+ years in information security roles, including penetration testing or vulnerability management.2–3 years in project or service management, preferably managing multiple pentesting engagements.Familiarity with penetration testing methodologies (OSSTMM, PTES) and tools (Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit).Understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Linux, Windows), and web application security.What we offerPermanent contract.Flexible schedule with balanced professional and personal life.Trainings & certifications from main partners.Hybrid schedule: 1 day in the office, 4 days remote.Flexible retribution (public transport ticket, ticket restaurant, etc.).Health insurance.Commitment to a better society.About usOmega CRM, a Merkle Company, is a global digital company specialising in accelerating the Business Experience (BX) of our clients through customer‑centric solutions, technology, and data – all enhanced by AI.
