Lea todos los detalles a continuación y presente su candidatura hoy mismo.Their aim is to fill the world with emotion, through the power of creativity and technology.Their history as a global brand has been built around employees that all have a passion for touching peoples' lives, and pride in pushing beyond the status quo to produce truly extraordinary results.They are uniquely positioned because we operate in many different industries- from movies and music to video games and electronics.And, with offices around the globe, they benefit from a global workforce that learns and grows together through mutual respect.We are looking for a Functional Workday HCM Consultant to join their team and assist in the end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM modules.What would your duties be?Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM modules (Core HR -Organization Management, Job Profiles, Positions-, Compensation, Benefits Administration, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Talent Management -Performance, Succession, Learning-, Recruiting, Advanced Reporting and Analytics.Conduct requirements gathering sessions with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Workday configurations.Design, configure, and test Workday HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.Develop and execute test plans, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve defects.Provide guidance on data conversion, integrations, and security setup within Workday HCM.Deliver end-user training and create documentation for HR teams.Support post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing process improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll) to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Workday HCM modules.Which are the requirements for this position?Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.Hands-on experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant.Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience in multiple Workday HCM modules.Experience with business process design, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to create reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.Workday HCM certification(s) highly preferred.English fluent, international environment.What we offer?Participate in international projects.Hybrid work model: 3 days office.Location: Barcelona or Madrid. xsgfvud Flexible schedule.
