Si tiene el perfil adecuado para esta oportunidad, asegúrese de inscribirse hoy mismo.Within this role, you will assist the creative efforts of hospitality centred designs from concept through to project delivery and play an active role in the design aesthetic of the practice. You will be coordinating projects with a variety of clients and external consultants, conceptualizing and pitching exciting new briefs and collaborating with the wider team to deliver forward thinking projects. If you are an ambitious designer who wants to work with a distinguished team, this could be the perfect roleOffering strong career progression within a practice that is highly regarded around the world, with international, award-winning projects across the globe, you would be privy to a practice with a strong vision for creativity, talent and success.Key Responsibilities:Maintain an understanding of the interior industry, current trends and possess strong ideas about how to incorporate this into designs which are both exciting, relevant and timelessUnderstand the client needs, gather inspiration from various sources to inform design conceptsCreate design concepts with the help of the team using mood boards, sketches and visualisations that capture the desired look and feel of the spaceDevelop functional spatial layouts through 2D and 3D modelling software to present visual representation to clientsMaintain project delivery dates, ensuring works are delivered promptly and to a high qualityDevelop solutions and provide advice to the wider teamMaintain strong communication with both internal and external stakeholdersPrepare and present creative presentation to clients that show the narrative for concepts in an exciting and forward-thinking wayAttend site/client meetings and regularly coordinate with external consultants to ensure smooth delivery of projectsLead and manage a team of Junior and Intermediate DesignersCollaborate and assist through the full scope of hospitality projects from collaborative conceptual stages to deliveryPrepare design specification and have a good understanding of FF&E, space planning, lighting, and plan layoutsKey Skills/Requirements:A degree within interiors, interior architecture or architecture is necessary for the roleAt least 10 years of experience within professional practiceSeveral project experience within hospitality sectorsAdvanced skills in AutoCADExperience in Revit, Rhino, Enscape or Sketchup is beneficialStrong demonstration of technical and creative skillsetGood interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environmentTo apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).By applying for this role, you are confirming that you agree to our Privacy Policy (full details are shown at the bottom of our website), and that all details submitted by you are correct and to the best of your knowledge. xsgfvud The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency.
