We’re seeking a self-starting Product Manager to drive innovation by expanding the breadth and depth of our product and service offering.As a Product Manager, you will lead a team of engineers and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and other Product Managers to define, build, and launch mission-critical initiatives. You will drive end-to-end product discovery and delivery, using user research, data, and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.If you have a knack for building high-quality, impactful products, we want you on our team.This is a remote position. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead all aspects of an established agile team, including backlog grooming, triage and prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.Define the scope of new product features and ongoing feature improvements.Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria.Establish and maintain credibility with internal and external partners.Break down complex problems and use data and analytics, plus user research, to inform product direction.Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and communicate contingency and mitigation plans.Conduct ad-hoc research and business analyses to assess opportunities and risks.Own the identification and solving of complex product challenges aligned with short-term goals and long-term initiatives.Apply system-analytic techniques and consult with users to determine functional specifications.First-week to first-year expectationsIn the first week: onboard, study the Toptal product suite, and begin learning your product area and goals.In the first month: collaborate with other Product Managers to organize the roadmap and backlog; start working with the development team; take over in-flight initiatives.In the first three months: support a product category, complete quarterly planning and OKRs, launch features with high business impact, and embed with the development team.In the first six months: discover new opportunities, develop a repeatable delivery model, measure and refine the roadmap and processes, and align with strategic goals.In the first year: deliver roadmap priorities, maintain an impactful product track, and scale the team to meet business and user needs.Qualifications and Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical discipline.At least 3 years of proven software product management experience.Experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to execution.Proven track record of independently owning major initiatives from exploration through launch and iteration.Experience launching mobile, desktop, and web applications across the full product lifecycle is a plus.Knowledge of AI product development processes and experience designing AI-powered features that improve engagement and outcomes.Experience building intelligent workflows by connecting systems and automation tools at scale.Experience with third-party system integrations is a plus.Comfortable analyzing data with SQL or spreadsheets and conducting user research.Strong data-driven decision-making skills using a variety of tools and methodologies.Ability to craft simple, effective wireframes and mockups.High attention to quality in writing user stories, reviewing designs, and testing features before release.Humility, willingness to learn, and readiness to contribute to team goals.Experience with agile development and globally distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Ability to lead by doing, work with users, data, and the team to drive results. xsgfvud Note: This posting contains information intended for candidates and internal use.
