As part of the Telesales department your main tasks will be the following: -Make outbound calls to potential customers in the Belgian B2C market. -Promote and sell the company's products/services by clearly communicating their value and benefits. -Build rapport and trust with prospects to identify their needs and offer suitable solutions. -Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company, ensuring timely and accurate communication. -Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs. -Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system. -Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to continuously improve performance and customer approach. -Provide an excellent customer experience with a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude. Who are we looking for? - Native French and Flemish + Nice to have other European languages. - At least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer service environment. - The agent should have a strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques and know how to deal with objections. - The agent should also have strong customer service skills, to be used to working to targets and change in products. In addition, the agent should be a strong communicator, who is able to provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices. What do we offer? -Permanent contract with a 3-month trial period. -100% remote work if you live outside the Community of Madrid (excluding the islands), or hybrid model (approx. 8 office days/month) if you're based within the Community of Madrid after the training and onboarding period. -Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (40 hours/week). -Annual gross salary of €22 783 -Attractive and achievable performance-based incentives. -Meal voucher. -33 days of paid leave per year (26 vacation days + 7 personal days). -Telework equipment provided (laptop, headset, HDMI/USB adapter). -Private health insurance fully covered by the company after one year of employment. -Access to training sessions and wellbeing activities, both online (via Teams) and onsite. -Free insurance policy for employees covering household appliances and mobile phones up to €1,200. -Free Employee Assistance Program (counseling, social resources, mental health, financial advice, etc.). -€130/month reimbursed in your paycheck (in arrears) for home office material if needed. xsgfvud -Free coffee and fruit available in the office.
